Been in touch with Social Services again today after a discussion with them last Thursday. All I can say is that at least I have a direct line to the Care Worker for my parents, she is being very sympathetic and helpful, and will be visiting them on Thursday. In addition, having stirred the local GP out of his surgery, a nurse is visiting my father with more hekp being offered.
